Custom orders (Name prints and any type of color changes) can take up to 5 business days to ship. Please contact us if you need your items immediately so we can make arrangements for priority shipping.Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by the events beyond the control of alleykids.com. Such as, but not limited to interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card.All items are shipped via usps or for rush deliveries we will ship FedEx All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five working days after receipt of merchandise.
